I know, the stars seem way too high for a car dealership - let alone a USED car dealership. But I gotta say these guys are legit. Sheldon, Tony, & the gang just love cars and connecting people with these super cool finds. They put an emphasis on service that is refreshingly genuine, and straight up honorable (I know, right? Honorable? A car dealership? Yeah.) I traded in my car for a beautiful gem of a car & they made the process super simple and easy. They even walked me through all the paperwork, taking their time to explain things, no pressure at all, no upsells, just integrity. They care that you get the best deal on the market, and they want you to be friggin stoked on your new ride. The level of service here is an experience all on its own. They even helped me out after I bought my car when I was worried about some strange sounds. They invited me to bring it back to the shop so they could check it out - such a huge help - and frankly, this is why I specifically chose the word "honorable." Oh, but keep in mind, when I say "best deal on the market," their stock is mostly rare stuff, so if you're just looking for a car that goes and checking kbb for pricing comparisons, this may or may not be your spot (lol but stop by anyway for the experience, I'm tellin' you it's like no other, and hey, you never know what they're gonna have in stock!).

I was in search for a new used car and was recommended to visit The Auto Paddock from a friend. Upon entry, the first thing I notice was the wall of hot wheels. Great decoration! I had the opportunity to speak to the owners. They were very friendly and appeared knowledgeable. I came in to check out a Lexus IS350 that they had in stock. I was genuinely surprised by the customer service this dealership provided. The price was great which was brought me in but the shopping experience made me stay. The decor and vibes were second to none compared to other used car dealerships I shopped around at. The dealership had great music playing and had tons of complimentary snacks and drinks that really enhanced my shopping experience. Although I did not end up buying the Lexus I still highly recommend this place for the shopping experience and competitive pricing

The Auto Paddock Team was welcoming and friendly upon my visit. This is their new location and they have a great selection of cars ready stocked at the dealership. As a female, it can be quite intimidating to walk into  dealership, but Tony and Sheldon were very attentive to my questions and I even got to test drive the 911 around the block. After the drive, I was offered water and complimentary snacks (they had really good snacks). While I did not buy a car, i will definitely come back for future car services. I learned that they recently added car detailing and repair to their shop.

When I first walked into this dealership I was taken aback at just how honest and transparent these people are. I have been in the car business and can attest that this is the most up front and honest dealership I have ever been to. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this dealership!

Both Tony and Sheldon were super nice and helpful when I went to go look at a 2008 Civic Si. The car was in great condition despite being 15 years old, low miles, the interior was mint and drives smooth. They were very upfront with any issues they knew about and didn't try to up charge on anything and explained all the fees and taxes in detail. It's obvious that these guys are car enthusiasts and loves to chat about anything car related with people. Sheldon noticed an issue with a plastic trim piece while we were on our way to go pick up the car so instead of trying to hide it like many other dealers would, he was very up front about it and even discounted the cost of replacement parts for it from my total OTD price. If you're looking for a dealer that specializes on low miles, clean and unmodded fun or performance cars, I highly recommend you check out the Auto Paddock. Overall, experience at this dealership was fantastic!

Before I was introduced to Tony’s team at Auto Paddock, we had a terrible experience with selling my car at another car dealership RMC in San Bruno. We spent thousands on fixing the car brakes and cleaning the car just to found out the car brake wasn’t even fixed and it became unsafe to drive. they also listed my car for the price much lower than they initially quoted without our consent. All this bad experience lead us to calling a handful more car dealers. We are lucky to get introduced to Tony! He and his team immediately came to my house to inspect the car, gave us an very reasonable estimate, took our car to a repair shop for a fix within a few days, helped us saved a few thousand dollars on repairing, and also got our car sold within 30 Days! Well it's been over two weeks since I purchased my 2015 Toyota sienna limited from the boys at Auto Padlock. Shopping for a used car is not an easy matter; dealing with a dealership or a salesperson who may not communicate with you in a timely manner, might push you in some way or another, and/ or become rude if you decide not to buy.  This is definitely and surprisingly is not the case at "The Auto Paddock''. I purchased a 2008 Lexus LS 460. The car is in great shape what's relatively low mileage considering the year. Sheldon was excellent work with and was obviously very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I couldn't be happier!

Called over to their shop to inquire about a particular Lexus SUV they had on line and a young man answered, I mentioned to him I was communicating with someone on staff via text and I have a couple questions that had not been answered. One may have mistaken this young man for one of Auto Paddocks competitors, because very quickly that young man would not only answer my question but would elaborate and offer additional information, information that saved me time. For me there's one deal killer,  if the car I'm buying has cracks in the dashboard, it's on to the next for me and I pass, too difficult to replace or repair. It turns out I was speaking to one of the businesses owners.The boutique styled car selling business apparently treats  there customers with, honesty and candidness that is sadly, not part of the business vernacular today. This was refreshing to say the least. Thanks for candidly offering an upfront and honest answer about the vehicle's condition. Now that's some honesty, integrity and sincerity I can get behind! Haven't bought a car from the guy yet however, this individuals positive disposition was so unexpected so early on in our conversation it's inspired a pre- business transactions, review.This might be a first.

I bought a 2019 Cmary SE from them a few days ago and I gotta say I absolutely love it. They were amazing through the whole process and went above and beyond for me in multiple ways, so much so that I drove 5 hours ro get the car. Their selection also blew me away as well which included everything from a Nissan Altima to a brand new Porsche 911 GT3. These guys are car enthusiasts and I would recommend them to anyone.
